It has 4 HDMI inputs and 1 HDMI output that support pristine 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz video; they also compatible with HDCP 2.3; High Dynamic Range (HDR) formats Dolby Vision™, HDR10+, and HLG; 4:4:4 color spacing; Rec. 2020; and 3D video pass-through.1
The HDMI output features enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC) functionality. An Audio Return Channel (ARC) allows a compatible TV to send audio data to the audio video processor over the HDMI cable, eliminating the need for separate audio cables. eARC offers improved bandwidth so higher resolution audio formats such as DTS-HD Master Audio™, DTS: X®, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby Atmos can be sent through the HDMI cable, allowing the MX200 to unleash the full potential of high-resolution audio formats with supreme clarity and fidelity.2 With all this HDMI technology, you will be able to enjoy all the blockbuster movies in the comfort of your home.
Digital audio inputs include 2 coax and 2 optical to connect additional audio devices such as a CD player, tuner, or music streamer. Analog audio inputs include a Moving Magnet phono input to connect a turntable, along with a pair of balanced and unbalanced auxiliary inputs to connect other audio devices.
To connect the MX200 to your home theater amplifier(s), it has 11 discrete balanced outputs. To ensure every sound reverberates with soul-stirring clarity in your home theater, 2 discrete unbalanced subwoofer outputs are also included. Seven premium 32-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs) provide audiophile-grade processing, while bass and treble tone controls can help fine-tune the audio to your personal preferences.
