ASSA ABLOY has acquired Level Lock hardware business, IP, Level brand, and related teams. Level Lock will operate as an independent brand and subsidiary of ASSA ABLOY. This transaction allows the company’s original founding mission to grow and expand with support from a global leader in access solutions.
Level’s multifamily platform, known as Level M, will continue to operate as a standalone entity under the new name Ambient Property Technologies. Under this new structure, Ambient will focus exclusively on delivering the next-generation platform to multifamily customers.
